LEDs Chinese Characters
Weddings are big business in Taiwan just like in the US. It costs a lot to get married here, the weddings, dresses, dinners, photos, ... all cost a lot. Seeing that most marriages fail for financial reasons, starting out in the hole seems to tempt fate. Maybe it would be better to elope and use the dowery to get a good start.

I love your pictures! I agree with your comments on costly weddings. If our sons ever get to that point, I hope that their brides-to-be feel the same way as we do. Is the divorce rate as high in Taiwan as it is in the US? How did you and Florence get so lucky? You must have had a small wedding. Larry and I did and here we are 30+ years later.
